A friend of mine saw me smoking a "regular" cigarette one day and said, "Why don't you try those American Spirit cigarettes?" I said, "What are those?" After he explained that they were all natural and didn't contain all the added stuff in the commercial brand I was smoking, I thought I'd give it a try. Eventually, I saw some for sale at a store and decided to try them. Well, it's been over 16 months now and I'll never go back to a regular cigarette. I feel that as long as I am smoking, I might as well not smoke the added chemicals and I definitely prefer a natural tobacco product which gives me all the satisfaction I want, and none of the extra guilt...

I decided to start smoking American Spirit after going to my chiropractor, and he actually told me that if I was going to smoke, smoke AS. I was a Marlboro smoker for 20 years, but he said way to many chemicals and toxins in them , so I needed to get off of them. I know smoking anything is not healthy, but if you're gonna smoke this is the way to go.
